To schedule backup, perform the following:
Click Backup/Restore > Schedule Backup.
Set the configurations to schedule the backup in the Backup schedule page.
Set the cron expression for the schedule in the first column.
Select Backup database from the drop down.
Click Save.
NOTE:You can click the > (Run now) button adjacent to the cron expression to run the program (export) immediately.
