2.8 Sending Information to Support

You can send the configuration information of appliance to Technical Support by uploading files directly to FTP, or by downloading the files to your management workstation and sending them by an alternative method to the Support team.

Click the Support tab.

To send configuration files to Technical Support:

  1. Log in to the Configuration Console as the root user.

  2. Click Support.

  3. Use one of the following methods to send the appliance’s configuration files to Technical Support:
