13.3 Error is Displayed in the User Report Section of the Helpdesk Portal

Issue: The following error is displayed when navigating to the User Report tab of the Helpdesk portal on a web server:

ConnectionError

HTPPSConnectionPool(host='<hostname>, port=443):Max retries exceeded with url: /admin/api/reports/multisite/table Caused by ProxyError('Cannot connect to proxy.', OSError('Tunnel connection failed: 503 Service Unavailable',))) (Unknown Error)

Solution: Perform the following steps:

  1. Use yast to set the NO_PROXY settings:

    sudo yast proxy

  2. Add the internal company's domain (for example, .sample.com) that exists under No Proxy Domains.

  3. Restart the configuration:

    sudo systemctl restart proxyenv aauth
