Issue: The following error is displayed when navigating to the User Report tab of the Helpdesk portal on a web server:

Solution: Perform the following steps:
Use yast to set the NO_PROXY settings:
sudo yast proxy
Add the internal company's domain (for example, .sample.com) that exists under No Proxy Domains.
Restart the configuration:
sudo systemctl restart proxyenv aauth
