If your smartphone does not have an internet connection or you have enrolled the TOTP method, then perform the following steps to authenticate:
Tap the menu icon in the app and tap Enrolled Authenticators.
The authenticators are displayed in the Enrolled Authenticators screen.
Specify the OTP displayed for the authenticator for authenticating on the app.
HINT:If authentication fails, ensure that the time on your smartphone is synchronized with the time on server.
