31.2.15 Reimporting Access Gateway Service Fails on Windows 2012 R2 Server

To fix this issue, perform the following steps:

  1. Uninstall Access Gateway Service.

  2. Ensure the following:

    • The required ports are open in firewall for communication between Administration Console and Access Gateway.

    • Antivirus is disabled during installation of Access Gateway.

    • The time is in sync with Administration Console.

  3. Reinstall Access Gateway Service.
