To view the required data in Analytics Dashboard, ensure that you perform the following before launching it:
Install Analytics Server. For information about installation, see the NetIQ Access Manager Appliance 4.4 Installation and Upgrade Guide.
Configure the settings on Administration Console. For more information about configuration settings, see Section 4.5, Analytics Server Configuration
On Administration Console, click Auditing then select Send to Analytics Server in the Audit Messages Using: field and specify the primary server’s IP address. For more information, see Section 20.1.1, Specifying the Logging Server and Console Events.
Enable the events for the required graphs. For more information about the events required for each graph, see Section 19.5, Enabling Events for Each Graph.
(Conditional) If you want any specific user to view Analytics Dashboard, then add the user to the configuration store. For more information about adding the user to configuration store, see Section 19.3, Who Can Access Analytics Dashboard.
