Perform the following steps to setup on Azure Kubernetes Service:
From the container tarball, copy helm-charts/fa-values.yaml and update the following fields in the file.:

From the container tarball, copy helm-charts/fanout-agent-1.1.0.tgz and run the following helm command to install fanout agent:
helm install fanout-agent helm_charts/remote-loader-1.1.0.tgz --namespace idm -f rl-values.yaml
