NetIQ Enables Telindus to Ensure Service Delivery and Lower the Cost of IT Operations
NetIQ Corporation, an Attachmate business, today announced that Telindus, a managed service provider (MSP) and company of Belgacom SA, has partnered with NetIQ to develop and ensure delivery of Telindus Managed IP Telephony Services.

With plans to support an estimated 100,000 phones, Telindus is expected to roll out one of the largest Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) deployments in EMEA.
Telindus needed an enterprise-grade, scalable solution that could help maintain consistent performance, availability and quality of service (QoS) across IP telephony environments. In addition to a reliable foundation, Telindus also needed a solution that would extend to support additional managed unified communications services such as telepresence.

- Proactively monitor and manage service levels across state-of-the-art IP telephony service infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot business-critical issues experienced by customers operating environments such as Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft.
- Gather capacity planning data to help determine optimal network traffic patterns and usage.
- Easily extend NetIQ® AppManager® capabilities to monitor and manage a number of additional network devices and legacy systems.
