A leader in Microsoft management, NetIQ extends its IT process automation technology to reduce the operational expense and event recovery times associated with Operations Manager, driving immediate cost savings and improved system availability.

With this latest NetIQ Aegis adapter, IT organizations using Operations Manager can integrate data from other non-Microsoft tools and Configuration Management Databases (CMDBs) to extend its event management capabilities, resulting in cross-platform event correlation, problem isolation, hierarchical escalation, approval management and auto-resolution.
