NetIQ Vivinet Diagnostics 2.3 Rapidly Delivers Improved Voice Quality
NetIQ Corporation, an Attachmate business, today announced the availability of NetIQ® Vivinet® Diagnostics 2.3, the industry's most comprehensive performance analysis tool on the market for diagnosing voice quality issues within multi-vendor Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) networks. NetIQ Vivinet Diagnostics radically reduces the time administrators spend troubleshooting network-related issues impacting VoIP applications so that call quality issues can be fixed in a matter of minutes.

- Integration with NetIQ AppManager® for Avaya Communication Manager, extending its patented network diagnostic and correlation capabilities as well as detailed performance reporting to Avaya Communication Manager implementations to instantly pinpoint call quality degradation sources.
