WebTrends Educational Webcast Breaks Attendance Record for All Recorded Microsoft Conference Places
Record-Breaking Attendance for WebTrends Worldwide Seminar Series also Underscores Marketers’ Interest in Using Web Analytics to Fuel Marketing Initiatives

The Webcast achieved unprecedented attendance levels, surpassing those attained by any recorded Conference Place powered by Microsoft Office Live Meeting. WebTrends also broke its own attendance records last quarter for its ongoing, worldwide Seminar Series.
Within the first 90-minutes of the Webcast's availability it received more than 2,900 total views, a number that has since risen to more than 6,832. High demand for WebTrends' latest educational efforts clearly demonstrate worldwide interest in web analytics is increasing as more organizations turn to measurement strategies to optimize their marketing spend. The record-breaking attendance levels also underscore recent findings by Forrester Research that indicate 49 percent to 65 percent of users rank their use of search optimization, segmentation, and campaign analysis as regular, frequent or critical (What Matters to Web Site Analytics Users, June 2004)-which were the focus of the Webcast.
In addition, the latest WebTrends Seminar Series broke its own attendance records in each U.S. city visited, with an average attendance growth of nearly 70% more than the attendance from previous years in those cities, indicating significantly increased interest in education around how to successfully leverage web analytics to improve important marketing initiatives.
