SEI Investments Deploys NetIQ AppManager ResponseTime for Web
Solution monitors Web availability and performance, allowing customers to manage and track investments at any time

Monitor Web Site Availability and Performance
With multiple Web offerings for more than 450 servers, it was essential that SEI have one management solution perform a wide variety of functions for all of the applicable Web sites and corresponding infrastructure. With AppManager ResponseTime for Web and the AppManager Suite, SEI can determine if clients' Web sites and backend databases are up and running, in part, by recording sample transactions exactly as a client would. SEI then uses AppManager to play back the transaction to monitor for availability and performance issues. As SEI offers various products to its different clients and each Web site product is coded with unique page setups, offerings and pop-ups, the ability of AppManager to easily handle dynamic Web sites is extremely important.
