WebTrends Chosen as Top Business Intelligence Provider by Readers of DM Review
Only organization dedicated to web analytics to be named to the DM Review 100

In a product usage and company rating survey conducted via the Web by the Gantry Group, LLC, DM Review readers were asked to rank vendors providing products used in their organizations. Web analytics was one of the categories presented to the users and final scores were based on product quality, market share, and customer satisfaction.
During the same week, WebTrends was also awarded the top ranking for Market Suitability by independent analyst firm JupiterResearch in a report titled, "Web Analytics: Spending, Staffing and Vendor Selection" published on October 27, 2004. Both DM Review and JupiterResearch based their decisions on criteria including product quality, customer satisfaction and retention, and market presence. These distinctions come on the heels of three recent awards in which WebTrends® solutions won Editor's Choice and Reader's Choice Awards from both marketing and IT audiences, making it the most award-winning web analytics solution on the market.
