GMFS, LLC, a regional mortgage lender based in Baton Rouge, La., relies on its IT systems to service users and partners throughout the Southeastern U.S. GMFS must ensure continuous availability and performance of nearly two-dozen servers running Microsoft Windows 2000, Exchange, SQL Server and IIS.

GMFS chose AppManager for its monitoring, diagnosis and automated response capabilities as well as its ability to centralize management into a single repository and console.
