NetIQ VigilEnt Policy Center 3.0 Adds Oracle and Sun ONE Support
Solution Automates Creation, Distribution and Enforcement of Corporate Security Policies Across Heterogeneous IT Environments

Today at the 2003 RSA Conference (Booth # 1437), NetIQ Corp. (Nasdaq: NTIQ), a leading provider of Systems and Security Management and Web Analytics solutions, announced the general availability of NetIQ® VigilEnt™ Policy Center 3.0, automated software designed to help chief security officers and compliance officers as well as human resources and legal personnel manage the entire security policy lifecycle – from policy creation, distribution and tracking to end-user education and compliance.
With VigilEnt Policy Center 3.0, NetIQ has added support for Oracle 9i and Sun ONE Application Server, significantly enhancing organizations’ ability to leverage their existing technology investments for security policy management efforts. VigilEnt Policy Center is the only automated solution in the industry to seamlessly integrate with existing LDAP, Microsoft Windows NT, and Active Directory user repositories so that IT departments can provide end users with VPC access without having to re-create user IDs or accounts.
