Datacraft to market and support NetIQ VoIP management solutions
Enhances capabilities in implementing and managing IP convergence
Datacraft Asia has formed a regional partnership with NetIQ Corp, a leading provider of e-business infrastructure management and intelligence solutions, to market and support NetIQ's Vivinet voice over IP (VoIP) management software as a core element of Datacraft's IP convergence solution.
"More and more organisations are adopting IP convergence solutions to maximise the return they get on their IP infrastructure investment. By integrating NetIQ's leading-edge Vivinet management software with Cisco System's advanced IP telephony solutions — and by deploying other innovative applications such as unified messaging, contact management, voice and video conferencing — Datacraft not only offers the best-of-breed solutions for IP convergence, but also ensures successful implementation with its own proven Primer methodology in managing and delivering IP convergence for customers.

The contract with NetIQ is valid for one year. There is no value commitment in the contract with NetIQ. The financial impact of this solution offering is dependent on actual sales achieved.
