NetIQ Launches Authorized Reseller Program for VoIP Management

The program is designed to generate channel partner revenues by providing a solution to accelerate their clients' VoIP implementations and enable their clients to efficiently manage the performance and availability of their VoIP infrastructure.   • Assessment Services:
    • Quickly determine whether or not a network can handle VoIP. Predict expected call quality and maximum call volume prior to deploying VoIP.
    • Provide a professional executive summary "go/no go" report to customers assessing their network's readiness for VoIP, which includes a detailed report showing where problem spots exist.
    • Evaluate the success of customers' pilot VoIP deployments and provide guidance on the best ways to proceed.
