NetIQ Announces Availability of Security Manager 3.4; Adds Support for Check Point FireWall-1

New to version 3.4 is support for Check Point's industry-leading FireWall-1 and enhanced reporting capabilities focused on audit readiness.

The integration of Security Manager's incident management capabilities with the critical perimeter security services provided by Check Point's FireWall-1 helps security professionals ensure proper firewall configuration and automated responses to security incidents, maximizing the efficiency and protective capabilities of their enterprise firewalls. Together with NetIQ's WebTrends Firewall Reporting products, which provide deep firewall log analysis and reporting, Security Manager for Check Point Firewall-1 customers will have the complete view of firewall activity as well as the ability to detect and react to threats in real-time.
