John Delk Vice President, Product Management, Marketing and Sales Operations

As vice president of product management, marketing and sales operations, John Delk is responsible for the teams spanning the company's overall product and go-to-market strategy, marketing, pricing, packaging and future direction of solutions in the areas of: Identity & Access Management, Security Management and Data Center Management. Previous to this leadership role, John's purview included global alliances, Americas partner organization and service provider strategy and partnerships.

John has a long, distinguished career in high-tech, holding a number of sales, marketing and management positions. Prior to our company, John led the field teams that focused on data center solutions, including solutions for enterprise Linux, data center consolidation and optimization, virtualization and cloud management. Prior to our company, he served as vice president at EDS and managing partner at BearingPoint/KPMG Consulting. In this role, he was responsible for leading global sales and marketing teams that developed industry-leading capabilities focused on effective use of technology for enterprise customers in the finance and telecommunications industries.

John holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from Georgia Tech and a bachelor's degree in Math and Computer Science from Furman University.
