Ontario Telemedicine Network (OTN) in Canada brings virtual care innovation to the healthcare system so that people can get the care they need when and where they need it most: at home, in their community, or in hospital.
OTN needed to be able to quickly, simply, and securely on-board healthcare providers to programs and services enabling remote healthcare delivery. Implementing NetIQ Identity Manager and Access Manager meant provisioning and account management process time was reduced from one hour to less than one minute. Full compliance with security and data privacy legislation was achieved and the solution is scalable to over 100,000 users.
