eGuide 2.1 administrators

May be… You need add two or more eGuide 2.1.2 administrators, but they are in different eDirectory contexts.
When you try to put several administrator in the eGuide administrator web console (http://IP Address/eGuide/admin), you can put only users that is in the same container, you can not put users of different context…

Try this.

1.- Edit the eGuide.properties file in “SYS\tomcat\4\webapps\eGuide\WEB-INF\properties” directory
2.- Search for “AdminUsers”
3.- Put the users administrator in LDAP format.
Example.
AdminUsers=cn\=userexample,ou\=context1,ou\=context2,o\=org|cn\=admin,ou\=org

Use the “|” character to separate each user.

4.- Save the file.

Ready! The administrators can log in into eGuide administrator web console.
