  • If you are calling about an existing request, have the Service Request Number available.
  • Have your software registration numbers available.
  • If you are calling from the US, please use the Phone Menu Diagram, (requires Adobe Reader), for call routing assistance.
  • If you are calling from Europe, Middle East or Africa, please use the EMEA Phone Menu, (requires Adobe Reader), for call routing assistance.

  • If you do not have the Premium Care phone and resource information, please call our Essential Care phone numbers above and a Tech Support Representative can provide it. You can also make the request online.
