How to Obtain Access to Locked Support Resources

To access Locked Resources on our Online Support site, you will need to have the following:

  1. A current NetIQ Support Plan for your product
  2. A myNetIQ account
    • Keep track of the email address used to create your myNetIQ account; you will need it to login in the future
    • Create a myNetIQ account
  3. Your myNetIQ account enabled to reach Locked Resources
    • In order for us to enable your myNetIQ account we need you to complete a request form (make sure you use the same email address that you used to create your myNetIQ account)
    • If you previously had access to these resources and recently changed the email address on your account, please allow one business day for this change to take effect before requesting access or contacting support
    • Request access to Locked Support Resources

Upon receiving your request for access, we will verify that you are eligible to receive access to Locked Resources and will enable your myNetIQ account. You will be notified when access has been granted or if there are any delays in processing your request. Requests for online access are normally processed within 2 business days.
