Best practices for migrating trusts is to logon to the DMA console with an account from the source domain that is a member of the Administrators group in the source domain, the target domain, as well as any of the domains for which the trusts are to be migrated. When you are prompted for credentials within the Migrate Trusts wizard, use the same credentials as the ones with which you are logged onto the DMA console.
