If the Automatically Install NetIQ DRA Agents on all domain controllers option is checked the Directory and Resource Administrator server sends the OnePointAgent.exe and OnePointAgent.tlb files to all domain controllers in the managed domains if that option is selected.  These files together are approximately 140 KB in size.

When gathering last logon statistics and returning to the DRA server, the agent sends approximately 20 bytes per user account that was authenticated by that particular DC since the last time the statistics were gathered.  

The data sent by the agent is RID (4 bytes) + VT_DATE (8 bytes) + VT_DATE (8 bytes) = 20 bytes + O/HD (O/HD is 1KB for every 1000 user accounts)
