Please refer to the following recommended steps:

  1. Run the 'EMCLI DIRSYNC' utility (included with EM) using the /Mergemethod switch with the SAMAccounName option.
  2. Migrate the mailboxes with Exchange Migrator with the option of merge on SAMAccountName.
