cause

Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0 may not have installed successfully. This package is necessary for viewing Summary reports.



fix

To install Crystal Reports for .NET Framework 2.0:

  1. Go to the Security Manager 5.6 installation CD or package.
  2. Expand SM Control Center/CrystalReports.
  3. Double-click CRRedist2005_x86.msi to install Crystal Reports for .NET.
  4. Select default options.
  5. When finished, re-launch the Security Manager Control Center.
