Hotfix 26
Hotfix 26 addresses a Dr. Watson error on the Enterprise Administrator (EA) computer when EA imports and displays resources from Blackberry Enterprise Server computers. With this hotfix applied, EA correctly imports and views resources from Blackberry Enterprise Server computers.
To install this hotfix, run the EaHotfix26.exe file on each EA Server computer.
This hotfix modifies the EaSrv.exe file on the EA Server computer. By default, this file is located in the C:\WINNT\system32 folder.

Hotfix 25
Hotfix 25 ensures EA can manage devices and services on computers running Windows 2000 SP4 and Windows 2003. These versions of the Windows operating system use a smaller buffer size for some API calls. This hotfix reduces the buffer size in EA to enable managing devices and services on computers running Windows 2000 SP4 and Windows 2003.
If you are managing devices and services on computers running Windows 2000 SP4 and Windows 2003, apply this hotfix.
To install this hotfix, run the EaHotfix25.exe file on each EA Server computer.
