Phone Support requires a current Support Plan. To better assist you, we advise the following when calling:
- Have access to the computer with the affected application.
- If you are calling about an existing request, have the Service Request Number available.
- Have your software registration numbers available.
- If you are calling from the US, please use the Phone Menu Diagram, (requires Adobe Reader), for call routing assistance.
- If you are calling from Europe, Middle East or Africa, please use the EMEA Phone Menu, (requires Adobe Reader), for call routing assistance.

Premium Care Customers
- Premium Care Customers receive expedited routing of Phone Calls and Service Requests submitted online. Additionally, after hours pager support is available using the Premium Care phone numbers.
- If you do not have the Premium Care phone and resource information, please call our Essential Care phone numbers above and a Tech Support Representative can provide it. You can also make the request online.
