IQ Optimize Services
IQ Optimize is a project-based service offering that provides an in-depth review of an existing NetIQ implementation for purposes of optimization and alignment with best practices. This offering is designed for customers who either have completed an IQ Start or have an existing implementation that requires optimization.
IQ Optimize supplies an in-depth review of your NetIQ implementation, leveraging best practices and proven methodologies to identify any problems and assist in tuning and optimizing your implementation. This includes a review of the current architecture, product usage and data collection, as well as identification of product functionality that may not be fully utilized.
IQ Upgrade Services
IQ Upgrade is a project-based service offering that assists you in upgrading your environment to the latest release of NetIQ software. Our expert consultants help you establish your upgrade plan strategy, assist with the upgrade of the core infrastructure and test before deploying upgrades into production. This offering includes an advanced new feature review that includes hands-on knowledge transfer of new features.
Enterprise Deployment Services
Designed to assist in all aspects of your enterprise deployment of NetIQ Security Management solutions—from project management to turnkey deployment-Enterprise Deployment Services deliver best practices garnered from our experience with a cross-section of Fortune 500 companies. You'll gain expert project management assistance with your NetIQ Solution implementations. Our project managers use a structured approach focused on details and results to define the high-level solution and drive to a fully optimized product, accelerating time to value. NetIQ Enterprise Deployment services can assist you with project organization, risk management, project definition and planning, pilot planning and management, as well as implementation and deployment management. We'll complete the engagement by providing knowledge transfer and introducing you to NetIQ Technical Support.
Security Assessment Services
Supplies security assessment of your servers, documenting any vulnerabilities as well as providing remediation steps. The Security Assessment includes a threat-discovery meeting where specific security problems are defined, including frequent virus outbreaks, unauthorized access to sensitive email or documents, unauthorized network bandwidth usage, or a lack of a well-defined company security policy.
