Training

VoIP Management Essentials
This lecture/lab style, four day course will help you understand, deploy, and successfully use NetIQ's VoIP Management Solution. This course takes you through the NetIQ tools for all stages of VoIP deployments; assessment, monitoring and diagnostics. The course is designed with real-world content and with an emphasis on hands-on exercises. You will learn how to use Vivinet Assessor to assess your Network for VoIP readiness, monitor the performance and availability of your VoIP implementation using AppManager and use Vivinet Diagnostics to diagnose VoIP problems to ensure a successful VoIP implementation. This course discusses both the Nortel and Cisco VoIP Management solution provided by NetIQ.

Support

Essential Care
An annual agreement that provides Online Support, Support Services, and Product Maintenance (upgrades/updates). Features of Online Support include access to the Knowledge Base, Service Request Manager, Online User Forums, Notifications and Alerts, and Documentation.

Premium Care
Available as an annual agreement, Premium Care provides all the features of Essential Care with the addition of 24x7 Technical Support for critical issues, priority routing of issues, expedited support, a designated toll-free number, and remote diagnostics.
