Analysis Center Essentials
Through lecture and hands-on practice, this two-day instructor-led class shows you how to follow best practices to set up and use NetIQ Analysis Center.

AppManager Advanced
This instructor-led course focuses on advanced features and functionality of AppManager and takes you one step forward from the Essentials course in your knowledge of using AppManager.

Support

Essential Care
An annual agreement that provides Online Support, Support Services, and Product Maintenance (upgrades/updates). Features of Online Support include access to the Knowledge Base, Service Request Manager, Online User Forums, Notifications and Alerts, and Documentation.

Premium Care
Available as an annual agreement, Premium Care provides all the features of Essential Care with the addition of 24x7 Technical Support for critical issues, priority routing of issues, expedited support, a designated toll-free number, and remote diagnostics.
