NetIQ® AppManager® Suite was voted the winner in the Monitoring, Management and Performance category of the VirtualizationAdmin.com Readers’ Choice Awards.

Selected by the editors of TechTarget’s SearchDataCenter.com, in conjunction with a team of users, industry experts, analysts and consultants, AppManager 7 was chosen from a number of products submitted to SearchDataCenter.com for consideration in the Performance Management Tools category. The judges awarded AppManager 7 the top honor based upon their evaluations of: innovation; performance; ease of integration into existing environments; ease of use and manageability; and functionality and value.

Selected by the editors of Windows IT Pro, NetIQ AppManager was named a bronze medal winner of the “2008 Editor’s Best Awards” in the Systems Management category by Penton Media’s Windows IT Pro magazine.

NetIQ’s AppManager 7 has won the Best Management Product by a Microsoft Partner Award at Microsoft Management Summit (MMS) 2007. Selected by the editors of Windows IT Pro and SQL Server Magazine, winners of the Best of MMS Awards demonstrate and deliver the most innovative management products or services that directly benefit the Windows network environment. AppManager 7 was selected from a pool of over 50 IT management products for its strategic importance to the market, its competitive advantages and the overall value it delivers to customers.

In the application management category, NetIQ's AppManager Suite took ISV winner by tallying 10.5 percent. Performance management was another close race with more familiar names. NetIQ's AppManager Suite also led as ISV winner with 9.2 percent.

The MSD2D.com Second Annual People’s Choice Awards recognize the best products and companies in the software industry.
