Training

NetIQ Aegis Process Automation
NetIQ Aegis Process Automation is a lecture/lab style course that will help you understand, deploy, and successfully use NetIQ® Aegis™. This three day course is designed with real world content to help you model, automate, measure and improve IT processes and run books. You will learn about the Aegis lifecycle, how to use the Workflow Designer, and how to use input forms to make decisions with Aegis.

Essential Care
An annual agreement that provides Online Support, Support Services, and Product Maintenance (upgrades/updates). Features of Online Support include access to the Knowledge Base, Service Request Manager, Online User Forums, Notifications and Alerts, and Documentation.

Premium Care
Available as an annual agreement, Premium Care provides all the features of Essential Care with the addition of 24x7 Technical Support for critical issues, priority routing of issues, expedited support, a designated toll-free number, and remote diagnostics.
