Daniel Chenault
Daniel Chenault, owner and general manager of DC Resources, a business and residential consulting company that also offers managed administration (i.e., contracted IT support), has nearly a decade of technical and service experience at Microsoft. His customer involvement has ranged from troubleshooting at the source code level to the "10,000 foot" view of infrastructure design and deployments. He has experience in administrative operations, protocols and security, and a strong familiarity and knowledge of RFCs, their application, infrastructure design and testing. Daniel writes and speaks regularly on topics such as Exchange and content security. He has been a speaker at TechEd and at MEC.
