Dan Holme
Dan Holme is the Director of Training Services for Intelliem, which specializes in boosting the productivity of IT professionals and end users.
A graduate of Yale University and Thunderbird, the American Graduate School of International Management, Holme has spent 10 years as a consultant and trainer, delivering solutions to thousands of IT professionals from the most prestigious organizations and corporations around the world.
His clients have included AT&T, Compaq, HP, Boeing, Home Depot and Intel. He has recently been involved supporting the design and implementation of Active Directory at enterprises including Raytheon, ABN AMRO, Johnson & Johnson, Los Alamos National Laboratories and General Electric.
Dan Balter
Dan Balter is the Chief Technology Officer for InfoTechnology Partners, Inc., a Microsoft Certified Partner company. He is an independent consultant and trainer for both corporate and government clients and has worked with several different network OSs throughout his 20-year career.
A Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Balter specializes in Microsoft networking technologies, firewalls, VPNs, and other security solutions in addition to designing and implementing messaging and business solutions for large and small organizations.
A 1983 graduate of U.S.C.'s School of Business, he has authored more than 300 video-based and CD-ROM-based computer training courses, including instructional titles on installing, configuring, and administering Windows Server 2003, Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows 98, and Windows 95.
