All registration cancellations must be received online through the registration site or in writing via email to NetConnect2007@crgevents.com by the dates specified below.
You may cancel with no penalty until 11:59pm Pacific Time on July 31, 2007, to receive a full refund. You will receive a 50% refund if you cancel between August 1 and 11:59pm Pacific Time September 7, 2007. No refund will be issued for cancellations made on or after September 8, 2007. Federal government employees may cancel without penalty until 11:59pm Pacific Time September 7, 2007.
Should you wish to transfer your registration to someone else within your company you may do so by contacting the NetConnect registration team by email NetConnect2007@crgevents.com or phone (888) 269-9604 or (206) 695-1968. As long as there is no change in the registration, including guest fee, workshop or post-conference training (if any), a substitution may be made without penalty. If there is a change in the registration, additional fees will apply as necessary. Substitutions are subject to approval by NetIQ.
