Below are definitions to help you assign the appropriate level to your session. We provide these ratings to NetConnect attendees to assist them in selecting the right content based on their technical level and interest
| Level 100 (high level) | Product overview or business topics such as industry compliance needs, service level management, etc. |
| Level 200 (technical) | Technical 'know-how' sessions such as tips & tricks, consulting on an implementation, how to better leverage an implementation, etc. |
| Level 300 (very technical) | Best practices and hands-on labs; in-depth technical knowledge |
