How do I unsubscribe from marketing communications/subscriptions?
Option 1
If you have a myNetIQ account, you should unsubscribe or re-set your communication preferences through that account by logging in and following the directions.
Option 2
If you do not have a myNetIQ account and do not want to create a myNetIQ account then complete the short unsubscribe request form.
How do I unsubscribe from product notifications?
NetIQ product notifications are subscriber-based email communications associated with our User Forums and are not controlled by the above methods. If you have signed up for a product notification in the past and you would like to unsubscribe, please log in with your myNetIQ account into our Online User Forums. Choose "Options" from the top menu bar. Select "My Mailing Lists". Un-check the box next to the list you would like to unsubscribe from and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the form.
