Customers that have purchased products from NetIQ starting May 17, 2004 forward will be able to electronically receive their products via our Electronic Software Delivery web site. You will be able to view and download all the products you have purchased from this date forward from this location.

Products purchased before May 17, 2004 are not included on the new web site. To access products purchased before this date, you can download the products from our Trial Center or contact our Technical Support team.
