Our employees can take advantage of NetIQ-provided benefits from their first day at work. Employees can select among a variety of health plan options that's right for them and/or their family.
Protecting Our Employees and Families
All NetIQ employees are eligible for employer-paid life insurance protection at multiples of their salary to a maximum of $350,000; AD&D to $350,000. There is an additional choice of adding more life insurance for the employee and their families up to $500,000.
For short term stays away from work, there is salary continuation; for longer terms, disability benefits with an option of a tax-free benefit.
For those interested, employees can participate in a cost-effective third-party auto or home insurance, pre-paid legal, ID Theft Plans and Long Term Care Insurance through easy payroll deduction.
Planning for the Future
Within NetIQ's 401(k) Retirement Plan, our employees can choose to invest among 23 funds ranging from conservative money market funds to always-on-the-move international stock funds. NetIQ makes the investment sweeter with an employer match. Our plan has all the perks, such as online enrollment, loan availability and online statements.
Our employees can plan for their own or their childrens' college education through a tax-free college savings program.
Tax Savings
NetIQ provides the opportunity to save tax dollars by providing Flexible Spending Accounts for medical and dependent care expenses.
Kicking Back and Putting Your Feet Up
NetIQ chooses seven holidays each year to recognize as company holidays. An additional six are chosen personally by each employee. Vacation is accrued at 12 days in the first year to start, and then one additional day is added each year up to 21 days.
Profit Sharing
And if all that isn't enough, NetIQ has a profit sharing program in place for all employees. If you aren't earning sales commissions or a formal bonus plan tied to sales, then you are eligible to receive a percentage of your base salary as a bonus based on how well the company meets our objectives quarterly!
